What you'll do
- Support the set-up and implementation of global sourcing strategies to improve and optimize strategic purchasing activities in the international logistics categories
- Contribute with global logistic categories data collection and data management
- Support the digital agenda of logistics purchasing (i.e. AI projects)
- Be a part of a global interaction with regional and local teams across different Henkel departments & regions
- Manage projects for continuous process & efficiency improvements within the Strategic sourcing team
- Support end-to-end tender processes and implementation
- Knowledge in the creation of KPI and dashboard reports
What makes you a good fit
- Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision
- Good analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents
- Firm experience with MS-Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluency in English, other language is an advantage
- Open-minded and proactive team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Available to start from May 1st 2024 for 6 month full-time
