What you'll do
- Be involved in the development of Global Customer Service strategies
- Contribute in CS Customer Centricity projects
- Support the Global CS management team with daily activities
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor or Master student who successfully completed intermediate exams;
- Solid background in Business Studies with interest in Customer Service and Customer Experience topics;
- Good communication & presentation skills;
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office Package;
- Excellent knowledge of English language;
- Analytical, flexible and open minded;
- Available for 6 months full time as of April 15th, 2025.
